The voucher can be paid in cash on the ferry in all shops and restaurants or used on board on the return journey on the same day it is issued.

Buy until 15 minutes before departure in the harbour from an employee in the yellow lane or at the machine in the Blue lane.

Please note that tickets purchased in the yellow lane at the harbour or via customer services incur a handling fee from 15 EUR.

  • Rebooking is possible for a fee from 30 EUR plus any applicable price difference
  • You can rebook directly at the harbour or by calling customer services on +49 (0) 381 – 77 88 77 66 no later than 2 hours prior to the booked departure
  • Cancellation with refund is only possible if your booking includes the  Ticket Refund Service
  • Only unused tickets can be refunded, even if  Ticket Refund Service  has been purchased
  • Once you have booked your ticket, you have a 24-hour right of withdrawal

Check-in closes 15 minutes before scheduled departure.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before departure.

Check-in opens two hours before departure.

The price is valid for cars up to 6 m in length. A length surcharge is levied for cars longer than 6 m. This is automatically calculated when you make your booking and is charged from 30 EUR per 2 m.

You'll get a voucher printed when you check in on your return journey.

The voucher must be redeemed on the ferry on your return journey.

You can redeem the voucher in all our shops and restaurants on board.

Here you can choose whether to use the voucher as payment on board or have it credited to your credit card. Cash withdrawal is not possible.

If you wish to have the amount credited to your credit card, it may take up to 10 banking days before the money is available in your account. This depends on your bank.

You must redeem the voucher on the day you travel with your 1-day ticket.
