Book pedestrian tickets for a minimum of 10 people by calling customer services no later than 2 hours before scheduled departure.

  • At least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure, drive to the yellow lane where a staff member will be waiting.
  • Board the ferry in the same way as the cars by following the staff's instructions.
  • Cancellation is not possible.
  • Rebook by calling customer services. Please note that there is a handling fee of 30 EUR for rebooking via customer service.
