✔ Flexible return journey: Just drive to the port and take any ferry which has free spaces - until June 30th 2026

✔ Tickets can be rebooked for a fee of 30 EUR + any fare difference

✔ By purchasing the Refund Service, you can get a full or partial refund for unused tickets up to 90 days after the originally booked departure date. The Refund Service must be purchased together with the ticket during online booking

Flexible travel out and back

The Low Price ticket is our cheapest ferry ticket, but you'll need to book online and may need to travel outside peak hours.

The online price applies to purchases via the website, in the app or via customer services.

Please note that tickets purchased in the yellow lane via customer services incur a handling fee from 15 EUR.

  • Cancellation with refund is only possible if your booking includes the Ticket  Refund Service
  • You can rebook directly at the harbour or by calling customer services on +49 (0) 381 – 77 88 77 66 no later than 2 hours prior to the booked departure
  • If the departure is more expensive, the difference will be charged with the rebooking or upon check-in at the harbour
  • Partially used tickets can be refunded if  Ticket Refund Service  was purchased when the ticket was booked
  • Once you have booked your ticket, you have a 24-hour right of withdrawal

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before departure.

Check-in opens two hours before departure.

The price is valid for cars up to 6 m in length. A length surcharge is levied for cars longer than 6 m. This is automatically calculated when you make your booking and is charged from 30 EUR per 2 m.
