• Rebooking is possible for a fee from 30 EUR plus any applicable price difference
• You can rebook directly at the harbour or by calling customer services on +49 (0) 381 – 77 88 77 66 no later than 2 hours prior to the booked departure
• Cancellation with refund is only possible if your booking includes the  Ticket Refund Service
• Only unused tickets can be refunded, even if  Ticket Refund Service  has been purchased
• Once you have booked your ticket, you have a 24-hour right of withdrawal

• Check-in at our harbours closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. We recommend you arrive at the harbour at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
• Check-in opens two hours before scheduled departure.

• Check-in at the Øresund Bridge with license plate: Drive to the green lane at the bridge so the license plate can be read.
• Check-in at the Øresund Bridge without license plate: Drive to the blue lane at the bridge and scan/enter the external iTicket number that you will find on your booking confirmation.

If you have a bizz in the car, it must be placed in a foil bag when paying with iTicket, so that the bizz is not charged.

The price is valid for cars up to 6 m in length. A length surcharge is levied for cars longer than 6 m. This is automatically calculated when you make your booking and is charged from 30 EUR per 2 m.
