Cancellation of bus bookings

If Scandlines Service Center shall handle the cancellation on the same day the cancellation must be received before 11:00 noon in writing or by e-mail to scandlines@silvernimbus.lt

Rebooking of bus bookings

The rebooking is free of charge. If a rebooking is made or a bus is checked-in for another departure than the booked departure, the discount agreement valid on the day of the change will be used as the basis for the subsequent settlement of the booking.

Below you will find our cancellation terms per route and ticket type

Puttgarden-Rødby which includes Single crossing, 2 Day Round trip ticket, Øresund ticket and Sweden ticket (excl. 12 hours Øresund Return ticket)

- Up to 3 calendar days prior to departure day: No cancellation charge

- From 2 calendar days prior to departure day: 75 % of the valid ticket price

- No show / cancellation after departure day: 100 % of the valid ticket price

Rostock-Gedser which includes Single crossing, 2 Day Round trip ticket, Øresund ticket and Sweden ticket (excl. 12 hours Øresund Return ticket)

- Up to 8 calendar days prior to departure day: No cancellation charge

- From 7 calendar days prior to departure day: 75 % of the valid ticket price

- No show / cancellation after departure day: 100 % of the valid ticket price

12 hours Øresund Return Ticket *, 1 Day ticket & Sweden 1 Day Return ticket on the routes Puttgarden-Rødby and Rostock-Gedser

- Until 12:00 am 2 calendar days prior to departure day: No cancellation charge

- From 12:00 am 2 calendar days prior to departure day: 75 % of the valid ticket price

- No show / cancellation after departure day: 100 % of the valid ticket price
